Instructions

- Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the batter evenly.
- Use a knife to gently swirl the cinnamon-sugar mixture into the batter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool slightly, then cut into squares and serve warm.
