Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease a sheet pan.
  2. Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk together the milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed, being careful not to over-mix.
  5. Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl for the swirl.
  6. Pour the pancake batter onto the prepared sheet pan, spreading it evenly.
  7. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the batter evenly.
  8. Use a knife to gently swirl the cinnamon-sugar mixture into the batter.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Cool slightly, then cut into squares and serve warm.
