  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions. Once it’s al dente, drain it and set it aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, combine the cooked chicken, frozen vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and milk. Stir everything together until well mixed.
  3. Add in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Cook the mixture until it heats through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the cooked pasta, ensuring everything gets mixed well so each bite is packed with flavor.
  5. Top your mixture with the shredded cheddar cheese and allow it to melt over the hot pasta.
