Description

Delightful and whimsical treats that combine creamy coconut flavor with sweet chocolatey accents, perfect for parties and family gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • Pink food coloring (optional)
  • Mini chocolate chips (for eyes)
  • Marshmallows (for bunny tails)

Instructions

  1. Mix the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until everything is well combined.
  2. Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave or over a double boiler, then stir it into the coconut mixture until it’s evenly distributed.
  3. Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into little round shapes for the bunny tails.
  4. Dip the tops of the shaped tails into pink food coloring if desired.
  5. Attach a marshmallow on top of each bunny tail to create a fluffy appearance.
  6. Add mini chocolate chips for the eyes to give your bunny tails a playful character.
  7. Chill your creations in the fridge for about 30 minutes to help them set.

Notes

Don’t skimp on the chilling time for best results. Fresh coconut yields better flavor, and get creative with shapes if desired.
