Instructions

- Combine the cottage cheese and eggs in a mixing bowl, then blend until smooth.
- Add the almond flour, baking powder, and salt, stirring until well combined.
- Scoop the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming small rounds.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
Notes
