Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup almond flour

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the cottage cheese and eggs in a mixing bowl, then blend until smooth.
  3. Add the almond flour, baking powder, and salt, stirring until well combined.
  4. Scoop the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming small rounds.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
