- 2 slices whole wheat bread
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon Everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Set your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and allow it to fully preheat.
- In a small bowl, combine the cottage cheese, large egg, and everything bagel seasoning. Stir the mixture thoroughly with a fork until it is well blended.
- Spread the cottage cheese and egg mixture evenly onto each slice of whole wheat bread.
- Place the prepared slices into the air fryer basket. Air fry for 5 to 8 minutes, or until the topping turns golden brown and the egg is fully cooked through.
- Carefully remove the toast from the air fryer. Serve immediately while warm and crispy.
