Ingredients

  • 2 slices whole wheat bread
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon Everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. Set your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and allow it to fully preheat.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the cottage cheese, large egg, and everything bagel seasoning. Stir the mixture thoroughly with a fork until it is well blended.
  3. Spread the cottage cheese and egg mixture evenly onto each slice of whole wheat bread.
  4. Place the prepared slices into the air fryer basket. Air fry for 5 to 8 minutes, or until the topping turns golden brown and the egg is fully cooked through.
  5. Carefully remove the toast from the air fryer. Serve immediately while warm and crispy.
