- 2 cups bowtie pasta
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 unit lemon, juiced and zested
- 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
- Start by cooking the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Make sure to salt the water for added flavor. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
- While the pasta cooks, cube the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season it with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt the unsalted butter.
- Add minced garlic to the butter and sauté it for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Toss in the seasoned chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and nicely browned.
- Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until they are tender but still vibrant green.
- Squeeze the fresh lemon juice and add the lemon zest to the skillet, mixing everything together.
- Finally, combine the cooked bowtie pasta with the chicken and broccoli mixture. Toss everything to ensure it’s evenly coated in the delicious buttery sauce.
