- 2 cups bowtie pasta
- 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 unit lemon, juiced and zested
- 1 teaspoon paprika

- optional Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Start by boiling a large pot of salted water. Add the bowtie pasta and cook it according to the package instructions until al dente. Once done, drain and set aside.
- While the pasta cooks, heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the unsalted butter and melt it.
- Once the butter is melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, or until fragrant.
- Add the cubed chicken to the skillet. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for around 6-8 minutes, stirring until it turns golden brown.
- Toss in the broccoli florets and continue cooking for another 4-5 minutes.
- Once the chicken and broccoli are cooked, squeeze in the fresh lemon juice and sprinkle the lemon zest.
- Finally, add the cooked bowtie pasta to the pan. Toss everything gently until coated in the buttery sauce.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For variations, consider swapping chicken for chickpeas for a vegetarian option or adding red pepper flakes for heat.
