Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked shredded or diced chicken
- 1 cup mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 2–3 tbsp garlic butter or minced garlic
- ¼ cup mayonnaise or cream cheese
- 1 tbsp parsley or Italian seasoning
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 4 large tortillas
- Optional: chili flakes, onions, bell peppers
Instructions
- Combine the cooked chicken, garlic, mayonnaise or cream cheese, parsley, salt, pepper, and cheese in a mixing bowl, mixing everything well.
- Spread a generous amount of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla, leaving some space at the edges.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and place the wraps seam-side down, toasting until golden brown and the cheese has melted, about 3-5 minutes per side.
Notes
Serve with marinara sauce, salad, or avocado for delicious combinations. Can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the fridge.
