Description
Cream Mini Cakes are an easy, no-bake dessert made with whipped cream, biscuits, and fresh fruit. Elegant, light, and ready in minutes.
Ingredients
12 tea biscuits or graham crackers
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup fresh fruit (berries or mango)
2 tbsp chocolate shavings or crushed nuts
Instructions
1. Whip cream with sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
2. Place a biscuit layer in small cups or molds.
3. Spread a layer of whipped cream.
4. Add fruit and repeat layers.
5. Top with cream, chocolate shavings, or nuts.
6. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Best served chilled within 2 days.
Swap heavy cream for coconut cream for dairy-free version.
Layer in glass jars for a beautiful presentation.
