- 1 cup creamy pepperoncini peppers (jarred or fresh)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 cup heavy cream or a healthier substitute
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook them in the skillet until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the creamy pepperoncini peppers and cook for 2 minutes.
- Reduce the heat, then stir in the heavy cream, mixing well.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the sauce, and let cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
