Description
Creamy Beef and Shells is a rich, comforting pasta dish with juicy ground beef, tender shells, and a velvety tomato-cream sauce.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
2 cups pasta shells
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Boil pasta until al dente, drain and set aside.
2. Heat olive oil, sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
3. Add ground beef, cook until browned.
4. Stir in tomato sauce and seasonings, simmer 5 minutes.
5. Pour in heavy cream and stir until smooth.
6. Add pasta and mozzarella, mix until creamy.
7. Let rest for 5 minutes, then serve warm.
Notes
You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for beef.
Add chili flakes for a spicy twist.
Store leftovers in fridge for up to 3 days.
