Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the chicken breasts in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown and cooked through.
- Mix the Boursin cheese with the cooked spinach in a separate bowl.
- Spread the cheese mixture over the chicken breasts.
- Combine panko breadcrumbs with olive oil, salt, and pepper in another bowl.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the cheese-covered chicken.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the breadcrumbs are golden and crispy.
