- 4 chicken breasts
- 8 oz Boursin cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides.
- Mix Boursin cheese and fresh spinach in a bowl until combined.
- Place the sautéed chicken breasts in a baking dish and spread the cheese-spinach mixture on top.
- Sprinkle panko breadcrumbs over the cheese mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the breadcrumbs are golden and crispy.
- Serve with your favorite sides.
