- 8 oz Pasta (rotini, penne, or fusilli)
- 2 cups Grilled Chicken (tender grilled or pan-seared)
- 4 cups Romaine Lettuce (freshly chopped)
- 1 cup Caesar Dressing (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup Croutons (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (or dairy-free alternative)
- to taste Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- If using raw chicken, grill or pan-sear until cooked through (internal temp of 165°F). Chop or shred into bite-sized pieces.
- Chop the romaine lettuce into medium-sized pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled pasta, chicken, and romaine. Pour in Caesar dressing and mix until well coated.
- Gently fold in croutons and sprinkle Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately or chill for 10-15 minutes to meld flavors.
Notes
For best results, add croutons right before serving to maintain their crunchiness. Experiment with additional ingredients like cherry tomatoes or avocado for variation.
