Description
A comforting and rich ramen dish featuring creamy broth, tender chicken, and colorful vegetables.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups ramen noodles
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (like broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a simmer.
- Add the mixed vegetables and cook until they are tender, which usually takes around 5 minutes.
- Stir in the shredded chicken and soy sauce, heating everything through for another minute or two.
- In a separate pot, cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Once done, drain the noodles and set them aside.
- After the broth and vegetables are heated, lower the heat and slowly stir in the heavy cream.
- Season your broth with salt and pepper to taste, mixing well.
- Finally, add the cooked ramen noodles to the pot and stir to combine everything.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions for an added burst of flavor.
Notes
Consider adding sriracha for a spicy kick or using shrimp instead of chicken for a seafood variation.
