A rich, comforting Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta made with simple ingredients for a restaurant-style dinner at home.
Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp butter
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
10 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente.
2. Season chicken and sear in olive oil until golden.
3. Melt butter in skillet and sauté garlic.
4. Pour in cream and simmer gently.
5. Stir in Parmesan until smooth and creamy.
6. Combine pasta and chicken with the sauce.
7. Loosen with pasta water if needed.
8. Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Use chicken thighs for more tender results.
Add spinach or broccoli for extra veggies.
Reheat with a splash of milk to keep sauce creamy.
