  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Once it’s al dente, drain it and set it aside for later.
  2. Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
  3. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Cook the chicken until it browns nicely and is fully cooked, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  4. Add the minced garlic and sauté it for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream, allowing it to come to a gentle simmer.
  6. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until it melts and combines with the cream to create a silky sauce.
