- 1 lb Lean ground beef
- 8 oz Pasta (your choice)
- 1 cup Cream
- 1 cup Cheese (like Parmesan or cream cheese)
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Onion, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Optional: vegetables (spinach, bell peppers, etc.)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Stir in the cream and cheese, mixing until melted and creamy.
- Season the sauce with salt and pepper. If using, add optional vegetables now.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated with the sauce.
- Serve hot and garnish with additional cheese if desired.
