Description

A comforting and delicious creamy pasta dish with lean ground beef, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Lean ground beef
  • 8 oz Pasta (your choice)
  • 1 cup Cream
  • 1 cup Cheese (like Parmesan or cream cheese)
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Optional: vegetables (spinach, bell peppers, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  4. Stir in the cream and cheese, mixing until melted and creamy.
  5. Season the sauce with salt and pepper. If using, add optional vegetables now.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated with the sauce.
  7. Serve hot and garnish with additional cheese if desired.

Notes

Adjust creaminess to your taste; add extra cheese for richness.
