Ingredients

  • 2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup croutons (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Toss the grilled chicken slices with Caesar dressing, ensuring they are well coated.
  2. Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
  3. Divide the chopped romaine lettuce evenly among the tortillas.
  4. Place the dressed chicken on top of the lettuce.
  5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and croutons (if using) on top of the chicken.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Roll the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides as you go, to create wraps.
  8. Slice in half and serve immediately or wrap in foil for a picnic.
