  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, shrimp, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
