Description

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes each side.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Sauté the diced onion and minced garlic in the same skillet until softened.
  6. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and chicken broth, mixing until combined.
  7. Return the browned chicken to the skillet, cover, and let simmer for 20 minutes.
  8. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  9. Serve the chicken over the cooked rice and garnish with chopped parsley.
