- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes each side.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- Sauté the diced onion and minced garlic in the same skillet until softened.
- Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and chicken broth, mixing until combined.
- Return the browned chicken to the skillet, cover, and let simmer for 20 minutes.
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- Serve the chicken over the cooked rice and garnish with chopped parsley.
