- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the jasmine rice according to package instructions for about 15-20 minutes.
- Combine the flour, salt, pepper, and paprika in a shallow dish.
- Dredge each chicken breast in the flour mixture, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finish with breadcrumbs.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and fry the chicken until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken and set aside.
- Add minced garlic and ginger to the skillet and sauté for about a minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream, sriracha, and soy sauce, and let simmer for about 3-4 minutes.
- Serve the crispy chicken over jasmine rice and drizzle the creamy sauce on top, garnishing with green onions.
