- 4 bone-in, skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven: Set it to 425°F (220°C).
- Mix the seasonings: In a large bowl, toss the chicken thighs with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until they’re well coated.
- Prepare the baking sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the chicken thighs skin-side up on it.
- Bake: Slide the baking sheet into your preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Rest: Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes after coming out of the oven.
Notes
For a different flavor, experiment with spices and add fresh or dried herbs.
