Description

Deliciously crispy chicken thighs seasoned to perfection, perfect for busy weeknights or family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in, skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven: Set it to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Mix the seasonings: In a large bowl, toss the chicken thighs with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until they’re well coated.
  3. Prepare the baking sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the chicken thighs skin-side up on it.
  4. Bake: Slide the baking sheet into your preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Rest: Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes after coming out of the oven.

Notes

For a different flavor, experiment with spices and add fresh or dried herbs.
