Description
A comforting dish of crispy chicken breasts in a rich garlic cream sauce, perfect for family dinners.
Ingredients

- 4 small to medium chicken breasts (or 2 large halved)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3–4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup light cream or heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning or oregano
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup spinach, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Season your chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- Lower the heat and add the minced garlic to the same pan, sautéing for about 30 seconds.
- Pour in the cream while stirring continuously.
- Add in the Italian seasoning or oregano and parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth and creamy.
- If using spinach, fold it in and let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Return the crispy chicken to the pan, spooning the sauce over the top and let it simmer for another minute.
- Serve hot with your choice of sides!
Notes
Pairs well with pasta, roasted vegetables, or mashed potatoes. Great for leftovers stored in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.
