Ingredients
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
2 eggs
2 tbsp milk
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Season with salt and pepper.
Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, and paprika.
Whisk eggs and milk in a bowl.
Dip chicken in egg wash, then breadcrumb mixture.
Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and 165°F internally.
In same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
Pour garlic butter over chicken, garnish with parsley, and serve.`),
