A delicious and easy family dish featuring tender chicken smothered in a creamy sauce over angel hair pasta.
Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 8 ounces of angel hair pasta
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the Crock Pot.
- In a bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, ranch dressing mix, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour this mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- About 20 minutes before serving, cook the angel hair pasta according to package directions.
- Once the chicken is done, shred it in the Crock Pot.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until everything is well combined.
- Serve the chicken and sauce over the cooked angel hair pasta.
Notes
Serve with a fresh green salad or garlic bread for a complete meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
