Description

Delicious and hearty Crockpot French Dip Sandwiches, made effortlessly in one pot for a rich and tender meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef chuck roast
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • French baguette or rolls
  • Sliced provolone cheese

Instructions

  1. Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
  2. Add sliced onion on top of the roast.
  3. Pour in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir gently.
  4. Cover and set to cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  5. Once done, carefully remove the beef and shred it with two forks.
  6. Return shredded beef to the slow cooker to keep warm.
  7. Assemble sandwiches with shredded beef and provolone cheese in baguette or rolls.
  8. Serve with au jus for dipping.

Notes

Consider adding horseradish sauce or mustard for extra flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat as needed.
