- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Cooking spray or olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or brush with olive oil.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
- Remove and slice the chicken into thin strips.
- Lay a tortilla flat, add sliced chicken and mozzarella cheese, then roll tightly.
- Return the wraps to the air fryer and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until the cheese melts and wraps are crispy.
- Serve warm with your favorite dips.
