- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
- 1 cup Fresh Strawberries
Instructions
- Start by grabbing a mixing bowl. Add the rolled oats and cocoa powder, stirring them until well combined.
- In another bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and milk together until they create a creamy blend.
- Pour the yogurt mixture into the oats and cocoa. Stir everything together until you fully incorporate the ingredients. The mixture should be thick and smooth.
- Add in your honey or maple syrup, adjusting to taste. If you love it a bit sweeter, don’t be shy!
- Chop up the fresh strawberries and fold them gently into the mixture, reserving a few pieces for topping later.
- Spoon the mixture into your jars or bowls, cover with a lid or plastic wrap, and place them in the fridge to chill overnight.
- In the morning, grab your overnight oats, give them a quick stir, and top with those reserved strawberries.
Notes
For extra toppings, consider bananas, nuts, or a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
