Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberries

Instructions

  1. Start by grabbing a mixing bowl. Add the rolled oats and cocoa powder, stirring them until well combined.
  2. In another bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and milk together until they create a creamy blend.
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture into the oats and cocoa. Stir everything together until you fully incorporate the ingredients. The mixture should be thick and smooth.
  4. Add in your honey or maple syrup, adjusting to taste. If you love it a bit sweeter, don’t be shy!
  5. Chop up the fresh strawberries and fold them gently into the mixture, reserving a few pieces for topping later.
  6. Spoon the mixture into your jars or bowls, cover with a lid or plastic wrap, and place them in the fridge to chill overnight.
  7. In the morning, grab your overnight oats, give them a quick stir, and top with those reserved strawberries.
