Description

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare your lobster tails: Grab a sharp knife and cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the middle, stopping at the base.
  2. Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Make the garlic butter: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, and a dash of salt and pepper.
  4. Brush the lobster: Place the lobster tails in a baking dish, and brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the meat.
  5. Bake: Pop the baking dish in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
  6. Plate and serve: Carefully remove the lobster from the oven and serve with extra lemon wedges on the side.
