- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Prepare your lobster tails: Grab a sharp knife and cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the middle, stopping at the base.
- Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Make the garlic butter: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, and a dash of salt and pepper.
- Brush the lobster: Place the lobster tails in a baking dish, and brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the meat.
- Bake: Pop the baking dish in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
- Plate and serve: Carefully remove the lobster from the oven and serve with extra lemon wedges on the side.
