  • 3 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley or Basil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken: Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). While it’s warming, cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Sauté the chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until they are golden brown and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
  3. Cook the vegetables: If using fresh broccoli and cauliflower, chop them into small florets. You can add them to the skillet for about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Make the Alfredo sauce: In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning, then fold in the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
