- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 1 cup of shredded chicken
- 1 cup of mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the cooked rice, shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
- Spread the shredded cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For a vegetarian version, substitute chickpeas for chicken and use vegetable cream soup.
