Description

A delightful dessert combining strawberries and creamy cheesecake, perfect for spring gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Fresh Strawberries
  • 1 box (about 9 sheets) Graham Crackers, crushed
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
  • 14 ounces Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • Easter Sprinkles (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Wash, hull, and slice the strawberries. Place in the baking dish and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
  3. In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth.
  4. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the strawberries evenly.
  5. In a separate bowl, crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs.
  6. Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs evenly over the cheesecake layer.
  7. Melt the unsalted butter and drizzle it over the graham cracker crumbs.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes, until golden brown and set.
  9. Cool completely in the baking dish on a wire rack.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours before serving.
  11. Cut into squares, garnish with fresh strawberries or whipped cream, and enjoy!
