Description

A delightful dessert combining fresh strawberries with creamy cheesecake, all layered with a buttery graham cracker crumble.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Fresh Strawberries
  • 1 box (about 9 sheets) Graham Crackers, crushed
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
  • 14 ounces Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • Easter Sprinkles (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Wash, hull, and slice the strawberries. Sprinkle with granulated sugar and place in the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth.
  4. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the strawberries, covering them evenly.
  5. Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs in a separate bowl.
  6. Sprinkle the crumbs evenly over the cheesecake layer.
  7. Drizzle melted butter over the graham cracker crumbs.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and filling is set.
  9. Cool completely in the baking dish before serving.
  10. Chill in the fridge for at least 2-3 hours for best results (optional).
  11. Serve cut into squares and enjoy with fresh strawberries or whipped cream.
