Description

A quick and easy pasta dish packed with fresh vegetables and flavor.


Ingredients

  • 200g pasta
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in the bell pepper and zucchini, cooking until tender.
  5. Add the spinach and cook until wilted.
  6. Combine the cooked pasta with the vegetables.
  7. Season with salt and pepper; serve with Parmesan cheese if desired.
