Ingredients

- 200g pasta
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 2 cups spinach
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Boil the pasta according to package instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Stir in the bell pepper and zucchini, cooking until tender.
- Add the spinach and cook until wilted.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the vegetables.
- Season with salt and pepper; serve with Parmesan cheese if desired.
