These Easy Chocolate No-Bake Cookies combine rich chocolate and peanut butter for a sweet and salty treat that’s quick and easy to make.

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 cups quick oats
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, cocoa powder, and milk. Bring this mixture to a boil and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until blended.
- Mix in the quick oats until they’re evenly coated with the chocolate-peanut butter mixture.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto parchment paper and allow to cool until set, about 30 minutes.
Notes
For a nut-free version, substitute peanut butter with sunflower seed butter. Customize by adding nuts or chocolate chips for extra flavor.
