Description

Irresistibly comforting sliders filled with hearty corned beef, gooey Swiss cheese, and served on fluffy Hawaiian rolls.


Ingredients

  • Corned beef
  • Swiss cheese
  • Hawaiian rolls
  • Butter
  • Dijon mustard
  • Onions
  • Pickles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Layer the corned beef and Swiss cheese generously on top of the rolls.
  4. Add sliced onions and pickles for extra crunch and flavor.
  5. Spread Dijon mustard on the top halves of the rolls.
  6. Place the top halves over the cheese and beef layers.
  7. Melt some butter and brush it over the tops of the rolls.
  8. Cover the sliders with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy every delicious bite!
