Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 2 cups cooked pasta or rice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, ranch seasoning mix, cooked pasta or rice, crumbled bacon, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm.
Notes
