Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 cups cooked pasta or rice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, ranch seasoning mix, cooked pasta or rice, crumbled bacon, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  5. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm.

Notes

For a quicker option, use rotisserie chicken. Feel free to customize with different vegetables or cheeses.
