Description
Delicious garlic knots made from pizza dough, brushed with garlic butter, and baked to perfection.
Ingredients

- 1 pound pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- On a floured surface, divide the pizza dough into small pieces, each about the size of a golf ball.
- Roll each piece into a rope about 6 inches long.
- Tie each rope into a knot and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each knot.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the knots turn golden brown.
- If desired, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
Serve fresh out of the oven with marinara sauce for dipping. Storing leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge lasts about 3-4 days.
