Description

Delicious, buttery garlic knots made with pizza dough, perfect for any gathering or cozy evening at home.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll the pizza dough into a log and cut it into equal pieces (about 1-2 inches each).
  3. Take each piece and tie it into a knot.
  4. Place the knots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  6. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the knots.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and brush with more garlic butter if desired.
  9. Serve warm.

Notes

Garlic knots can be stored in the fridge for about 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven for best results.
