Description

A flavorful and creamy Caesar salad dressing that elevates your salads with ease.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic (grated or pressed)
  • 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice (about 1 large lemon)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup extra light olive oil
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, grated garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Whisk together until smooth.
  3. Slowly add in the olive oil while whisking to emulsify the mixture.
  4. Stir in the grated parmesan cheese until everything is well blended.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Can be frozen for up to three months.
