Ingredients

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic (grated or pressed)
- 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice (about 1 large lemon)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup extra light olive oil
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, grated garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Whisk together until smooth.
- Slowly add in the olive oil while whisking to emulsify the mixture.
- Stir in the grated parmesan cheese until everything is well blended.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Can be frozen for up to three months.
