Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken pieces in a single layer; be sure not to overcrowd the pan. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, flipping occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Whisk together the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a small bowl. Pour this mixture over the cooked chicken in the skillet.
- Reduce the heat to medium and let everything simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Serve the honey garlic chicken on a plate, drizzling extra sauce from the skillet over the top.
