Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 package cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 3 large bananas (sliced)
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 1 cup strawberries (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
  • Maraschino cherries (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form the crust.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar in a separate bowl until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
  4. Spread half of the cream mixture over the graham cracker crust.
  5. Layer sliced bananas, crushed pineapple, and sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture over the fruit layer.
  7. Drizzle chocolate syrup on top and garnish with maraschino cherries, if desired.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight to set.
  9. Slice and enjoy your chilled treat when ready to serve.

Notes

Use softened cream cheese for a smooth mixture. Don’t skip the chilling time to ensure a firm texture.
