Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 12 oz cheese tortellini
  • 24 oz marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the ground beef, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the marinara sauce and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the cheese tortellini and mix until well combined.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  7. Top with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve.

Notes
