- 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup pink or red candy melts
- Heart-shaped sprinkles
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a zip-top bag using a rolling pin for a mix of chunks and crumbs.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pour melted white chocolate onto the parchment and spread it evenly to about 1/4-inch thick.
- Sprinkle half of the crushed Oreos over the melted white chocolate and gently press them in.
- Melt the candy melts using the same melting method as the white chocolate.
- Drizzle the melted candy melts over the white chocolate layer.
- Use a toothpick to swirl the melted candy into the white chocolate.
- Sprinkle the remaining crushed Oreos and add heart-shaped sprinkles on top.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until set.
- Break the bark into pieces to serve.
