- ½ cup rolled oats

Instructions
- Start by tossing the mashed banana, cottage cheese, eggs, oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt into your blender. Blend it all together until you achieve a smooth mixture – this should only take about 30 seconds.
- Once blended, let your pancake batter rest for about 5 minutes.
- Next, heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it with a bit of butter or oil.
- For each pancake, pour about ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet. Cook them until you see bubbles forming on the surface, which usually takes about 2 to 3 minutes.
- Flip the pancakes carefully and cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes, until they’re golden brown.
- Serve them warm, topped with fresh banana slices, and maybe a drizzle of maple syrup.
