- 1 pound roast beef
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup caramelized onions
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 cup au jus sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lay out the slider buns on a baking sheet, spacing them evenly.
- Layer roast beef and caramelized onions on the bottom halves of the buns.
- Top each with a slice of Swiss cheese.
- Place the top halves of the buns on and brush with melted butter mixed with garlic powder.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden.
- Serve warm with au jus for dipping.
Notes
For the best results, choose quality roast beef and caramelize onions slowly. Don’t skip the garlic butter for flavor.
