Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 2 onions, caramelized
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Gruyère or Swiss cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, shredded chicken, and caramelized onions.
  3. Stir in the heavy cream and half of the cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the top is golden.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
