Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, shredded chicken, and caramelized onions.
- Stir in the heavy cream and half of the cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the top is golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
