Instructions
- Combine the ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well with your hands until uniform, then form into meatballs about the size of a golf ball.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown.
