Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well with your hands until uniform, then form into meatballs about the size of a golf ball.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and allow to simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens.
  4. Serve the meatballs over cooked pasta, garnished with chopped parsley.
