Description

A delicious and quick meal featuring juicy steak bites and crispy baby potatoes, perfect for weeknight dinners or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak bites and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned on all sides.
  2. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and the halved baby potatoes to the same skillet. Cook for about 10-12 minutes until the potatoes are golden and tender.
  4. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  5. Return the steak bites to the skillet, toss everything to combine, and heat through.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Do not overcrowd the skillet for better browning of the steak. Adjust garlic to taste.
