- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak bites and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned on all sides.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
- Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and the halved baby potatoes to the same skillet. Cook for about 10-12 minutes until the potatoes are golden and tender.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Return the steak bites to the skillet, toss everything to combine, and heat through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Do not overcrowd the skillet for better browning of the steak. Adjust garlic to taste.
